Child Protection

All club officials at Pumpherston United FC abide by, and agree to uphold the SYFA guidelines on child protection. In line with these guidelines all Pumpherston United FC Officials have valid Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Certificates.

The club has set procedures in place to deal with any complaints or concerns that any player, parent, official or spectator may have:

• In the event of concerns submit an oral or written complaint to the Club Player Protection Officer or to the Management Committee Secretary.
•  
  The recipient of the complaint will acknowledge receipt and initiate the investigation process. The result of the investigation will be conveyed back to the complainant. If no satisfaction is obtained then the matter should be referred to the Secretary of the WLAYFC.
• Please contact the Club Player Protection Officer (Sandra McGuigan - 01506 852793) if you have any concerns or issues regarding player protection.
